Whenever we complete any task or job assigned, we look for appreciation or praise but if our work gets criticized instead of being praised we burn in the flames of agony and find a way to quit that particular project or try ignoring that kind of work. What we overlook is criticism doesn’t mean that you are not good enough; it simply means that there is a scope for better results. It is human perspective that how he perceives things, the glass can be half empty or half filled. Accepting criticism in a positive way will make you work even harder and with determination to give the best possible results and if taken in a negative way you might end up holding grudges for those who delivered such remarks.

Criticism is necessary for personal growth and success too. There are many reasons that prove that criticism is good sometimes. When our work is criticized we have an opportunity to analyze our own work and skills which will surely lead you to the path you belong. The path meant for just you. Criticism is just a form of communication which helps us know how we are working in a particular field. Only when we know are drawbacks we can improve. Moreover criticism is feedback and we all know how important the feedback of the services we deliver is. We cannot judge our work or services until and unless we get a feedback and thus taking criticism in a positive way will help us grow.

Criticism does not mean to use harsh words to hurt someone or let them down. The words could be chosen in a way that criticism is constructive in nature. Instead of yelling at someone one can easily let them know that there work is not enough in a calm and polite manner. This might sound funny but the successful people haven’t become this successful easily. They have underwent criticism, failure, loss, depression, anxiety etc but what makes them different is their never say die attitude.

There are times when team members at COMzen Technologies are not able to perform up to their level of performance, instead of using harsh tone we use constructive criticism to encourage him to keep working and also not making him feel small or unwanted.

To achieve something great you have to work outside your comfort zone and keep on working no matter what people says or believes. You know your dream is real and you can do it. Just keep the faith. 

WORLD EARTH DAY

Earth Day is the largest, most widely celebrated international environmental event. Earth Day helps celebrate Earth’s unique place in the universe. It is the only planet in our solar system teeming with incredible biodiversity. Learning about and protecting this biodiversity is what Earth Day is all about. People all over the world celebrate our efforts to protect plants and animals and to clean up the world we live in. Most people celebrate Earth Day on April 22nd each year.

When we don’t use resources in a responsible way, we may create pollution that can damage water, soil, air, and other parts of the environment. For instance, certain types of air pollution have already created a hole in our planet’s ozone layer. The ozone layer is part of the atmosphere. It is made up of a special gas called ozone. The ozone layer helps keep us safe from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. Most scientists believe that as more air pollution is made, the ozone layer will become thinner and more holes will develop. This will allow even more ultraviolet rays to reach Earth. A thinner ozone layer may result in harm to people, animals, and plants.

Along with pollution, things like habitat destruction and poaching are causing some species to become endangered. Finding ways to protect and save endangered species is a primary goal of conservation groups. INTERNATIONAL STREET CHILDREN'S DAY

Children are better than all the ballads that were ever sung or said; because they are the living poems and rest all are dead!!

When we heard the word child, there is selfless smile on our face. So are the kids, innocent, unaware of the dirty world and busy in their own little world. Kids are the real Gods as said by many then why there is such a big discrimination between those who are born and bought up nicely and the kids who happen to have streets their home.

12^th April is celebrated as the International Street Children’s Day in order to spread awareness among the people around about the pathetic situation of the street children who are forced to carry on the lives as their parents have for example begging. This day is celebrated in order to give a platform to thousands of children who are deprived of their basic rights. The message is loud and clear, our rights cannot be ignored. We have the equal right to every single thing that the kids of our age enjoy just because they happen to take birth in a family that is capable of providing them better living.

If we talk about India, there are many slums existing here that portray the real life of street children. This is my question to all the parents who leave their children in such a poor condition unattended that why you bring them into this world when you have no intention and capability of growing them well. The poor kids suffer because of their parents.

The major reason behind degrading condition of these street children is lack of education of their parents. These kids have no life, no education, poor health and sanitary facilities and no one even wants to touch them. Even to earn their daily meal they either have to beg or work as a child labor at various places.

This is an irony that when we see our child suffer even a little bit we turn the whole world upside down but there are no regards for the kid who is working as a labor for you. Child labor is a serious offence and can be sentenced to jail for committing it but shamefully it is still practiced.

These children have their whole future and present in dark. They deserve to be treated well and should be provided with basic needs like health, education, proper meals and a shelter. There condition can only be changed if we oath not to overlook them and try helping at least one kid. Changes occur but only when initiated by an individual.

ENTREPRENEUR

What do you mean by an entrepreneur? A person who dreams about something or has an amazing idea in mind and work in the direction of making it a real life experience is called an entrepreneur. Each one of us dream, some dream big, some small but just a fraction of us gathers the courage to turn that idea into reality. This might be due to lack of resources, self confidence or the guidance required. You will be a person working under the shadow of a brand name and will have no fame for your own but all that you do will bring laurels to the company you belong to. Another aspect is you could be kicked out anytime you are of no value to the company.
