What do you mean by an entrepreneur? A person who dreams about something or has an amazing idea in mind and work in the direction of making it a real life experience is called an entrepreneur. Each one of us dream, some dream big, some small but just a fraction of us gathers the courage to turn that idea into reality. This might be due to lack of resources, self confidence or the guidance required. You will be a person working under the shadow of a brand name and will have no fame for your own but all that you do will bring laurels to the company you belong to. Another aspect is you could be kicked out anytime you are of no value to the company. There might be chances that you devoted your entire life for a firm and when finally it will be the payback time you will be thrown out of the firm.

Why to work under someone and let someone else be your boss even though you possess the skills and the ability to be your own boss? You can accomplish your dream that you dreamt all through your college life. The youth is full of vigor and hope but due to the present day scenario and the pressure they deal with they give in their dream of having something of their own. Running behind companies for job placements, working like a bonded labor, is this you really wished to do? If the answer is no then what are you waiting for? You can start anytime anywhere. There is no good time to start your own company. An idea can strike any person irrespective of what they do and where they belong to. Then what is holding you back? The fear of failure or the lack of resources or the guidance you need to start. If they would have lost hope so early they could have never reached here. So sail deep into your thoughts, find that spark in you that makes you stand different from the rest of the crowd and put in all your efforts to make that spark a real light.
