<b>Lack of confidence</b>
– There is some level of hesitation in you to express your opinion, may be you
are scared that others will offend you. You under rate and convince yourself
that you won’t be able to speak (especially in English). All such thoughts
working at back of your mind pull your confidence to a low level and hence you
are not able to give your 100%. To improve your confidence you can rehearse for
your interviews in front of mirror. Initially you may go blank but rehearse as
many times as possible and take cues from each rehearsal on what are the things
which can be improved. Slowly you will start believing that you can perform
well in interviews too and will see improvements in your confidence level.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b>Poor vocabulary</b> –
Since you are not using English language on daily basis, you may run out of
words while expressing your opinion and after that you may mess up the sentence
as you don’t know the right word to use. To improve your vocabulary, you can
read English newspapers, novels and watch movies. Watching movies is more
recommended because you not only learn new words but also their correct
pronunciation/diction.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b>Nervousness</b> –
Most of the people have nervousness during interviews but to different degrees.
If you are very nervous, you will not be able to focus and understand
interviewer’s questions properly hence you will not be able to answer them in
the most effective way. You need to realize that the person sitting on other
side of desk is also a human and very much like you. They don’t need reasons to
reject you instead they want reasons to select you so just relax and try to
give your best.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b>Lack
of preparation – </b>Some times when we come across any job opportunity, we don’t
give a second thought and confirm our availability for taking up interview. In
such case you don’t get enough time to prepare yourself. When appearing for an
interview always ensure you get as much information about company and industry
as possible. This not only helps you to perform well in interview but also let
you assess if the profile/company would offer something matching your skill
sets and expectations. After all, only joining an organization is not
important, you have to sustain and build up your career in that stream.<b><o:p></o:p></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<b>Casual attitude – </b>Sometimes
people focus only on “how to” and “what to” answer in interviews but interviews
is not only about checking your language skills. Interviewer assess you by your
mindset, clothing, postures and gestures which helps him/her to understand your
personality overall. So while appearing for an interview, always choose
professional dress code and be well groomed.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Last but not the least, always carry your resume/CV along
with yourself. Everyone has something they are good at and right attitude and
approach is all that matters so have faith in yourself, give your best and
success will follow!</div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">When we start something new, may be a step forward towards our dream or maybe just a new job and we are not able to fulfill completely what is required of ourselves, the immediate word that will, again and again, bounce in your head- QUIT! But what then, ask yourself this simple question, why did you ever start when all you wanted was to quit?</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Accept the fact that with every step, there will be a problem attached and no matter how much you plan and be cautious, all the things that might go wrong will all go wrong. But if you withstand this phase and overcome all the adversities in your way, there is never looking back then. But how to get that never say die spirit in you. Here are some quick points that will help you to carry on things even though you want to quit.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Tame your thoughts: The first thing that you got to do in order to remove negativity from your life is to tame your thoughts. Taming means to let only the positive thoughts grow inside you. Eject the negative thoughts. As soon as the word quit pops in your thoughts, try to fix it will positive words.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Recognize where you stand: When you feel like quitting, just see that how far you have reached chasing your dream. This is a fact that people mostly quit when they are really close to their destination because they just loose all the motivation of keep going on. Never make a mistake of quitting after coming this far.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Appreciate you: People might or might not appreciate your work but what is really important is how you see your work. Are you confident enough that your work is really good? If yes then great, appreciate yourself from time to time and if the answer is no, then work upon tour skills but do not quit.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Manifest your actions: Only talking about things won’t make them happen, you really need to put all your energy into what you do. You must see that where you are going with it and is there any kind of progress. Even though there is little progress that can be counted like no progress, don’t quit. Nobody builds an empire in a day, it’s a life-long effort.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">People tend to run away from their fear of failure. The common trend is to quit but it takes great courage to do something that is difficult and requires a lot of patience. Follow the road less travelled by and make your own destiny. Nobody could ever make a fortune by following the herd, they made their own path to their destination.</span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
<i><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Creativity is
intelligence having fun! - Albert Einstein<o:p></o:p></span></i></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
<i><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></i></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Today the world is dealing in creativity. The more creative you
are, the more you earn. Creativity cannot be bounded to a particular domain
rather every single domain has a scope of doing things in a creative manner. When
we talk about marketing, there are some traditional methods being followed
since a very long time and some hackneyed digital methods. But now-a-days,
marketing is becoming more creative. Use of social media has turned into a
complete revolution in the marketing trends. Once a thing gets viral on media,
there is nothing that can stop it. Therefore use your creativity to do things
and you will see success reaching to you.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="text-align: left; text-indent: -0.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Use social power – Use of social media has
increased today exponentially. The primitive modes of advertising like radio or
television has turned really old. People are relying for their marketing
schemes totally on social media. Once a thing gets viral on media, there is
nothing that can stop it from getting popular.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: left; text-indent: -0.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Let people market themselves- Instead of
training your employees how to market, better give them the chance to use their
creativity to market stuff. Every mind is different and ideas in every mind
will be different too. The more creative
ideas you will have, the more your product or service will prosper.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: left; text-indent: -0.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Begin a conversation – When you engage people
only then you can see your marketing schemes working. No one is interested to
hear about your product if you just talk about it. only when you keep in touch
with people, their requirements and then generate the product you can get your product
to be sold.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: left; text-indent: -0.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Be everywhere – You should be present
everywhere. <span style="background: white;">Be in as many
different places as possible. While you shouldn’t try to create brand
experiences for millennial on every available platform just for the sake of it,
you must create an Omni-channel experience. In such a hyper-connected world,
you have to be able to create a brand experience that operates in multiple
locations.</span></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: left; text-indent: -0.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->The concept
of Mass Individualism – The idea behind mass individualism is that millennial refuse
to be defined by logos. They don’t want to be placed into a box. Their goal is
to be defined as individuals. They want to be in control. That’s why getting
creative and thinking up something new is the key.</span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "arial" , sans-serif;">Attitude is everything! What exactly do we mean when we state this single statement? Why do some people soar high and some just can’t even maintain what they already have and fall down. The difference is of attitude. The way we perceive things and the way we work upon it, make us different from the rest. Intelligence is important but without a will and a positive attitude even intelligence cannot perform. Here are some ways that could help you build a positive attitude towards whatever comes your way.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">

The situation might occur leaving you helpless but always remember, <i>the glory is not in never falling but rising every time you fall. </i>So, instead of feeling helpless and worthless, better work upon the things you lack and see the difference.<i></i></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">

You can either waste it being lethargic or become passionate about things around you. Search for what you like to do and make it your passion. Passionate people often reach where they want to.<i></i></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: "symbol";">·<span style="font-family: "times new roman"; font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;"> </span></span><span style="background: white; font-family: "arial" , sans-serif;">Take action: Castles in the air could be made by anyone, but the real challenge is to act on it. Don’t be passive towards things; take action according to the requirement. If you don’t like what you do, quit it and start doing what you really like.<i></i></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">

It won’t harm you if you walk an extra mile to get things done. Leaving things just because they require more of your efforts will get you nowhere. Take an extra effort and see miracles happening.<i></i></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<span style="color: #363636; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">Here are few ways that will help you
be positive always and in what you do.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<b><span style="color: #363636; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">Separate Fact from Fiction<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">The first step in learning to focus on the
positive requires knowing how to stop negative self-talk in its tracks. The
more you ruminate on negative thoughts, the more power you give them. Most of
our negative thoughts are just that -- thoughts, not facts.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">When you find yourself believing the negative
and pessimistic things your inner voice says, it’s time to stop and write them
down. Literally stop what you’re doing and write down what you’re thinking.
Once you’ve taken a moment to slow down the negative momentum of your thoughts,
you will be more rational and clear-headed in evaluating their veracity.
Evaluate these statements to see if they’re factual. You can bet the statements
aren’t true any time you see words like never, always, worst, ever, etc.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">When it feels like
something always or never happens, this is just your
brain’s natural threat tendency inflating the perceived frequency or severity
of an event. Identifying and labeling your thoughts as thoughts by
separating them from the facts will help you escape the cycle of negativity and
move toward a positive new outlook.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<b><span style="color: #363636; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">Identify a Positive<o:p></o:p></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">Once you snap yourself out of self-defeating,
negative thoughts, it’s time to help your brain learn what you want it to focus
on -- the positive.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">This will come naturally after some practice,
but first you have to give your wandering brain a little help by consciously
selecting something positive to think about. Any positive thought will do to
refocus your brain’s attention. When things are going well, and your mood is
good, this is relatively easy. When things are going poorly, and your mind is
flooded with negative thoughts, this can be a challenge. In these moments,
think about your day and identify one positive thing that happened, no matter
how small. If you can’t think of something from the current day, reflect on the
previous day or even the previous week. Or perhaps there is an exciting event
you are looking forward to that you can focus your attention on.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";">The point here is you must have something
positive that you’re ready to shift your attention to when your thoughts turn
negative. Step one stripped the power from negative thoughts by separating fact
from fiction. Step two is to replace the negative with a positive. Once you
have identified a positive thought, draw your attention to that thought each
time you find yourself dwelling on the negative. If that proves difficult, you
can repeat the process of writing down the negative thoughts to discredit their
validity, and then allow yourself to freely enjoy positive thoughts.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">

<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Everybody knows that the first impression is the last impression but very few know how to master the skills to leave a remarkable impression. While making business deals, or meeting someone for the first time all that will benefit you will be how you met that person, what kind of image did he or she made of you after meeting you. Here are some ways that can help you leave an excellent first impression.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">1. Let the person you’re meeting speak first – Try to be a good listener. Everyone has a lot to talk about that requires listening. Instead of talking try listening and see the wonders. When you let the other person speak they will be more comfortable talking to you and will leave a nice first impression.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">2. Use positive body language – Body language speaks a lot for you. Always try to project positive body language and never let your body language say something else and your mouth uttering something else. In short try to be genuine. </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">3. Put away your phone – People who use phone while talking to another are likely to put the conversation in danger. It seems that you are not interested in talking. Use your phone only when it is necessary or important. Put away your phone while interacting with other person.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">4. Make time for small talk – You don’t have to exaggerate. Try to keep your talk short and sweet. Use limited words to describe but do leave an impact. </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 3;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">5. Practice active listening- Be active to what other person has to say. Showing interest in someone else and remembering about what they said will help you leave a remarkable first impression. </span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 13.5pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 13.5pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 0in;">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Since it only takes seconds for someone to decide if you’re trustworthy and competent, and research shows that first impressions are very difficult to change, the pressure that comes with meeting new people is justifiably intense. Master these skills and create a great first impression with whomever you meet.</span></div>

<span style="color: #252525;"><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The companies who
have enduring great cultures are the ones that don't necessarily ignore the
bells and whistles of culture. On the other hand, they understand the most
significant component: the right people. Here are three traits that cultural
keepers must possess -- and that businesses cannot afford to overlook.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 2;">
<b><span style="color: #363636; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">1. Look for friendly
professionals.<o:p></o:p></span></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Never underestimate the
power of surrounding yourself and your team with friendly personalities. If
your entire team were warm-hearted, naturally friendly and happy, imagine how
much more pleasant your work environment would be. All of sudden, people actually
look forward to Mondays and employee retention soars. Friendliness is
infinitely more transmissible and merits greater attention than indifference.
With the right people, a culture of "nice" can quickly develop.
This translates to how customers are treated, which impacts new sales, repeat
business, customer service and beyond.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 2;">

mile.<o:p></o:p></span></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Like most
characteristics you desire for your business, this one starts from the top.
When was the last time you went the extra mile for an employee? And, I'm not
necessarily talking about grandiose gestures such as exorbitant bonuses or
lavish gifts. Did you wish someone happy birthday, take them to lunch to
celebrate closing a good deal or better yet, offer them a helping hand when
they were swamped? Going the extra mile for an employee is a simple way to set
the tone for the entire organization. It's also how you gain lifelong employee
loyalty and the benefit of the doubt when the going gets tough.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Having a team of
employees who go the extra mile consistently helps to minimize any constraints
in your organization. Going above and beyond the call of duty can win new
customers and retain ones you may have otherwise lost. The extra mile leads to
customers for life. It's amazing how good old-fashioned extra effort can be a
difference maker and serve as a cure-all for the inevitable mistakes -- or
ill-timed missteps -- that can plague even the most whip-smart teams.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 19.15pt; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-top: 3.75pt; mso-outline-level: 2;">
<b><span style="color: #363636; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">3. A team-first mentality.<o:p></o:p></span></span></b></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Many businesses are
obsessed with attracting star players. They believe strongly in the 80/20 rule
and given that, do whatever they need to accommodate the top performers,
sometimes at the sacrifice of camaraderie and teamwork. Great organizations
value excellent performers, certainly. But by putting the team before the
individual, they actually attract and develop more of them than their
competitors do. As Jim Collins wrote in "Good to Great," Level 5
leaders are ambitious first and foremost for the company, not themselves.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white; line-height: 24.0pt; margin-bottom: 13.5pt;">
<span style="color: #252525; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman";"><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">An emphasis on the team
creates an atmosphere where no single person is looking for individual glory,
which helps to offset unhealthy competition and ruthlessness within your organization.
The team win is all that matters. And the right people on your team are the
ones who are driven more by helping their teammates succeed rather than their
own career ambition.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Employee engagement turns out to be very beneficial for a company. When an employee starts thinking about loss and profit of a company and works to benefit the company, the company prospers. But what could be the driving force to engage more employees? Giving charge to employees helps them feel their importance. When a company acknowledges the work of the employees and gives them more control over things they will definitely feel appreciated and will work to benefit the company. Here are some ways to give employees more of the control they want.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Let employee choose their domain of expertise: Instead of you deciding their work domain, training or area to get an expert in let them decide their approach. They know the best about themselves and reliving the right to choose will make them more responsible and answerable too. They will obviously perform better because they are doing what they like to and not what they are told to.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Let employee choose everyday work: A daily checklist of the work needed to be completed, how to approach and the deadlines should all be loaded to their shoulders and not you assigning them. Let them choose how much work they are going to complete in a day and what will be their approach.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Allow flexibility: Flexibility must be there. The work environment should not be that formal. In fact, a survey shows that people wish to work in an informal work environment because that makes it easy for them to interact and work in a better way. Work from home sometimes must be given to employees.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Give employees a voice: Giving employees a voice means to be aware of their demands and their suggestions. Giving them more authorities to take decisions for the company or listening to their ideas help them to show more involvement towards work. Only when the work is acknowledged and appreciated a person likes to continue and become better each day.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">When an employee works whole-heartedly for the company the company rises to the great level. Focus less on when employees work and what they get done. Give them control of their schedule and environment to make work more productive and enjoyable. Instead of telling employees what they have to work on, then, allow them, whenever possible, to take on responsibilities that relate to their goals. When projects have the same priority, let employees choose which one to tackle first. These decisions may seem small, but they can make a big difference in employee happiness and motivation.</span><br />

<div class="MsoNormal">
<div class="MsoNormal">
<i><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The goal as a company is to have customer service that is not just the best but legendary. – Sam Walton</span></i></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<i><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></i></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Earning a customer is a great deal but retaining is more important. Customer satisfaction is the new marketing scheme. This is a simple logic, a customer will keep asking for your services only if the services are up to their requirements. It’s not about what you think is right for your business, it’s about what a customer demands. If the supply is according to the demands they will continue with same supplier and the moment you are not able to show up to their expectations, you lost a customer. Retaining an old customer is better than earning a new one. Here are some ways to earn and then retain the customer’s trust in you.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-stretch: normal;"> </span>First Impression: As it is said, the first impression is the last impression. If you attend the customer well, provide them services according to their needs and show up as soon as possible they will definitely rate you high. For example, when we order something online, if we receive the ordered product just the same as it looked, also good in quality and delivered to us in no time, we are definitely going to revisit and order more from the same site because their delivery services, their products were good enough to win our trust.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Social Proof: Trusting a total naïve might be difficult for people. Social proof can be helpful at that time. Social proof is nothing but testimonials or recommendations. This has become a trend, people go through the reviews given by people who are already the customers and according to those reviews make a virtual image of our services in their mind. If the reviews are good they will surely imbibe a sense of trust towards our services. Make sure that you render good services to all and during some discrepancies help the customers in whatever way possible.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Risk Assessment: Once a customer starts believing in you, the next thing they are going to analyze is the risk factor. Whether their information is safe with you or not, whether the services you are offering is up to the mark etc. Make your customer comfortable working with you. Keep your procedure transparent enough for them to understand and trust you. </span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">·<span style="font-stretch: normal;"> </span>Turning from a new customer to a client: Now that you earned the customer’s trust, your responsibility increases. Earning a customer is good but retaining a customer is what that matters. Never ignore a customer’s need and render services up to the mark. A new customer turns into a client when you never fail to give what they require. </span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">

We always keep saying that we don’t get enough time to run certain activities or plan an outing with the family. Aside from those who really have a hectic schedule there are many who uses the scarcity of time as an excuse to escape. It’s high time now! Life is meant to be lived fully and not with compromises. Stop ignoring and prioritize your life because what matters in the end, is you and your happiness. Everything else can be taken care of once you put your life into line. Stand up and take charge of your life and here are few ways that can help you for the same.</span></div>

Take advantage of the opportunity and try to turn it to your benefit.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">“Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.” - Michael Jordan</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The way we interact with people does leave an impact on them and is somehow responsible for the results too. Many strive to get what they want but only few reach their destination. There are many things one has to follow or do to get what they want in which includes the words one uses while communicating. We think that what words we use hardly matters but you will be shocked to know that they really do. Here are some words that will help you mark a deeper impact on your audience and get what you want.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Thanks: The ultimate word to show gratitude. When someone does something for you or helps you in some ways, there is always a desire to be acknowledged. Use the word thank you and appreciate them for the help. They are always going to be there when you need them.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>We and Together: These two words show that you aren’t self involved and believe in team work. When the word we is used it refers to the whole lot and people feel involved in a certain task and will give the best of their inputs. The word together fills people with a spirit of combined effort and once they feel on board they are obviously going to give their best.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Fact: A study shows, people using the facts and backing up the same with some kind of research are able to influence people more. As soon as something that is stated as fact before is referred in context of what in present scenario you wish to do, people believe in you but the fact must be true and not some false information.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Use Positive words: Avoid using the word no, never etc. Human mind is prone to suggestion. The moment the word no enters their head it starts to create negative effects. Obviously you cannot say yes to everything but choose your words wisely to keep the positivity on. For example when you are not satisfied with a certain idea instead of saying “No, it is not worth”, you can say “I am open to the idea but I feel that there is still scope of exploring more.”</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">•<span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Will: Will is the world that opens the whole new world of opportunities in the future. Ending the conversation with the word will like after we are done with the meeting, we will start working on the plan. The use of will helps people in believing your plan and that it is worth executing.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">So next time when you are making some deal or trying to convince people that your idea is worth or simply interacting with your employees for future expansion of the company, keep in mind these golden rules that will help you get what you want!</span><br />

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Everybody has a dream but few possess the courage to follow
their dream. But is chasing a dream just require handful of courage or there
are many things to keep in mind while chasing a dream. Of course there are many
other things that are required apart from courage while chasing a dream. Sometimes,
people start following their dreams but leave it in middle due to fear of
failure or a small setback and sometimes loss of interest. There are many
points to keep in mind while chasing a dream that includes the following.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">1.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Draw the blue-print of your dream: Before
starting, one must write down the entire plan of pursuing the dream. Analyzing where
you stand now and where you want to reach and the way to follow to reach your
target should all be prepared before chasing a dream. In short, draw the
blue-print of your dream.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">2.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Relaxation of time: Keep in mind whatever time
you have decided to reach a particular target, it will surely take more time.
The journey must be planned where there is a room for relaxation of time
according to the requirement.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">3.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Believe in yourself and don’t expect from
others: People will call you crazy, will not have faith in you and your dream.
Never let the spirit in you die because someone said your plan is crazy.
Believe in yourself and keep going. People who criticize you now will be the
first one to change their opinions when they see you doing a good job.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">4.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Save yourself from the fear of failure: I am not
saying that while chasing your dream you’ll never fail, there might be times when
you fall so hard that there is no scope of return but don’t give up. To enjoy
the beautiful day, you have to struggle through the night. Remember, nothing
comes easy!</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">5.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Welcome opportunities with open-hearts: Never
miss an opportunity though however small. Try to grab every opportunity that comes
your way while moving towards your dream. You don’t know what a missed
opportunity can worth be.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">6.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Always have a plan B: While drawing the path to
reach the destination, there might be some happening that demands the change of
the predefined plan of yours no matter how good and perfect it is. Always have
a plan B. When plan A does not work, follow plan be but never quit. Things
might take time to turn around but they will surely do if you are persistent
enough.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">7.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Don’t negotiate when it comes to loved ones:
Giving your 100% effort while chasing your dream is good but never neglect your
dear ones who without being noticed are your biggest supporters. Opportunities
will come and go but if you lose your loved ones, you will never get them back.</span></div>

could have better handled a situation by being less hostile and more indulgent.
Come up with five ways that could have saved the day, and learn to take things

word effort means to put in more energy or ideas in order to get something
better and more promising. </span></div>

more important because that teaches us everything that we require to know. To the

matter how many times we fail; we must have the courage to give a comeback in a
more prepared way than before. And remember effort will release its reward only

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Quality is always better than quantity. While hiring people,
instead of having a big team with low productivity it is better to hire less
people with more productivity. Team work plays an essential role for the growth
of the company or business. No one can execute everything but now the problem
is how to get a strong team? How to recruit people and make them retain? Here are
ways that can help us building a strong team that will help the company to grow
exponentially.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">1.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Focus on roles: Hiring should be turns into an
exclusive process and not like hiring anyone. You might not realize this at
initial period that how much does it affect the company’s overall success ratio
but in the near future you will. So, no matter how much time does it require recruiting
a right person for the job, don’t just hire anyone. After all quality matters!</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">2.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Value each role: When a person offers you a
service, he or she wishes to be acknowledged for the work done. Therefore, each
role has to be valued. No team member should feel left out. They all must feel
as a part of the team and work with team spirit. If a person’s role is not
acknowledged, sooner or later he or she will prefer quitting.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">3.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Communicate: Communication is the key to healthy
environment. There must be enough interaction between team members that could
help them to work in a better way and learn from each other. Often where communication
is less process take a lot of time to get completed and also not up to the
expectation.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">4.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Set goals: Walking without destination will
mislead you. Same goes with working without setting goals. Setting goals help
the people to know how to work and also complete work in time. There should always
be a written plan of how the work will be executed and the time consumed in
each activity.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">5.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Know each other: No one is telling you to become
the best friend of your colleague but knowing them a bit on personnel level
always helps. To know each other better socializing outside office or office
parties must be organized where people can interact with each other apart from
the work matters.</span></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">6.<span style="font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->Celebrate success and failure: Appreciation
always leads to more input from the employee’s side. Celebrating success and
motivating in failures help people to be inspired to work harder and with
dedication. Thank you notes, appreciation notes etc must be given to employees to
make them feel worth.</span></div>

<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">“A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way and shows
the way!” – John C. Maxwell</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">With the role come the responsibilities. The major your role
becomes, the more you’re accountable for. The same comes with the tag leader. No
matter how good you have done, one mistake or failing to fulfill one
responsibility, you’re done! We just talk about the charisma, the leverages and
the popularity of a leader no wonder at how small level but we fail to recognize
the never ending struggle of an individual to achieve and maintain the tag of a
leader. </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">A leader has many challenges to be fulfilled and among them
the most important and difficult one is to instill confidence in the people. One
can teach you to be confident, but cannot spoon-feed you. So what is the secret
behind leaders instilling confidence among people? What a leader do, the
followers follow due to which it becomes essential for every leader to cover
the deep down insecurities and portray the bold and kind face. Telling people
that they are worth something, inspiring them, appreciating their work and motivating
them from time to time help them to feel good about themselves which indirectly
fills them with confidence and a better motivation to work through a difficult
situation.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">One might think that a leader never criticizes but it is not
true. No one is perfect and if a leader is not correcting the followers, he
cannot be termed as a leader. Although the way they correct is very different
from a person who pertains a superiority complex. A leader will always take
help of constructive criticism while dealing with mistakes of people. They will
never use a bitter language and will always be open to help the people working
with them. </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">A leader has many roles. A leader speaks for all so he or
she has to make sure that none of the followers are offended or left out. Another
thing is to see that the work pattern being followed is right or not. A leader
is accountable for everything. If something good happens, he or she has to
answer. If something bad happens, he or she has to take the responsibility. It seems
easy to become leader but when the question arises about the responsibility
that comes tagging along; one can feel the contribution of a leader to its team
or to a company. A leader is someone that can see in you the potential that other’s
can’t. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">There is something different in every person; all it takes is to
reveal that unique thing! <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Do what you love is a common statement but how to find where a
person’s interest lies. When a person give his entire life to something, a job
or a business, the basic motivation to keep going is whether their interest lie
in that particular domain. Without interest one can stretch for few years but
what after that! The day will come when they will quit. A person can achieve to
his potential and more only in the field he is interested in. as Albert
Einstein said, ‘Every person is a genius but if you judge a fish with its
ability to climb a tree, it will spend its entire life believing that it’s
stupid.’<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Now the big question here is how to identify our most valuable
skills and then use them to build our carrier. First thing that could be done
is to look for stuff or analyze the things you like and dislike since your
childhood and unknowingly you are just doing them in order become stress free
from work pressure. For example some people writes, some reads, some have a
knack for painting etc. When we make our interest the base of carrier building,
we will surely soar higher and higher. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Another thing to find where your interest lie is to seek advice
and guidance from a consultant. These days in schools there is a great system
where before a student has to opt for the subject, a personality test is
conducted in order to make the students know their interests and the carrier
line they must opt for rather running in a sheep herd like all. This strategy
must be applied even when a person is opting for a job or business. This can
make it easy for people to analyze where they actually belong to.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">There is another reason that even after knowing where their
interest lie is the fear of failure, fear of society. Our society is not at all
supportive for the people who have the courage to build something different
from the rest. The lack of support from family becomes a major issue for many
people who do not opt for carrier line according to their interests.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Nothing comes easy. One has to fight for what they want. Nothing is
going to be served to you on a platter. You have to cook from the raw material.
The fact states, that the percentage of people who are successful today are
successful because they chose a carrier line according to their interest and
not because of some external pressure. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Lastly, <span style="background: white; border: 1pt none windowtext; padding: 0in;">"Most of us have two lives. The life we

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">There is a
difference between an experienced and a fresher. Experience matters in every
field. It teaches you many things. <span style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial;">We spend our
days talking with experts, reading the latest research, and leading discussions
and training sessions worldwide, in all types of organizations. And one thing
we’ve learned is that there a few basic practices any employee, even recent
graduates, can do to cultivate a fantastic career. Time and again these
practices are shown to accelerate your climb to the top.</span><o:p></o:p></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ask more questions
–<span style="background: white;"> Years of school have already taught you that
there are no stupid questions. As you jump into your career, this mantra still
rings true. Regardless of how thorough your orientation and information packet
are, it’s unlikely your employer will cover all you need to know. You won’t be
able to fully understand team dynamics, objectives, and office culture unless
you ask for clarification when something is unclear.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="background: white;"><span class="apple-converted-space"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Find a mentor

for recent grads. Whether it’s a senior leader in your department or even your
funny coworker one cubicle over, you’ll find your professional world expands
vastly once you find a great mentor. But, be mindful of your choice—negative
people, will hinder your growth, while positive and supportive people will
boost you. Not only will your mentor be the perfect sounding board for your
questions, but they will also introduce you to new contacts, expand your
business understanding, and impart their knowledge and skills. Many of the
greatest entrepreneurs and leaders credit their success to a fantastic mentor
who shared their insights. One day, you may too.</span></span><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span class="apple-converted-space"><span style="background: white;"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Work smarter
- <span style="background: white;">Conventional workplace advice tells you to be
the first to arrive and the last to leave at your new job to demonstrate to the
team that you’re dedicated from day one. But we’ve written about conventional
advice and why it's often wrong.</span><span style="background: white;"> So instead of working harder, aim to work
smarter.<span class="apple-converted-space"> </span></span><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="background: white;"><span class="apple-converted-space"><br /></span></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Get in the
thick of the action- <span style="background: white;">The majority of
award-winning work happens when people step out into the world where their work
is utilized. So if you want to take your next project from good to great,
follow this simple piece of advice: go see for yourself. Witness how your
product, process, or solution is used—and by whom. Discover its ease of
operation, benefits, and possible shortcomings.</span><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="background: white;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Communicate clearly
-<span style="background-attachment: initial; background-clip: initial; background-color: white; background-image: initial; background-origin: initial; background-position: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-size: initial;"> In work as in life, most misunderstandings can
be avoided by better communication. Learn to communicate clearly and
concisely—whether you’re writing a department-wide email or leading a small
meeting. Ask close friends or family members for feedback on how you can

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">“Assertiveness is your ability to act in harmony with your
self esteem without hurting others!”</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">People confuse with three words, assertive, passive and aggressive.
We call a person assertive when he takes stand for others and his individual
rights in a manner that does not offend anyone and he is able to justify his
point in a very calm and composed manner. We call a person passive when he says
yes to the entire extra burden even though he does not want to take it. Passive
people do not take stand for themselves and rather choose to suffer than being
assertive. The third category is the worst and called aggressive. We call a
person aggressive if he is only considerate about his well being and wish fulfillment
and does not bother about anyone else. Assertive communication is taught at the
time of training in order to polish the way of communication of an employee so
he could react accordingly at the workplace without being misunderstood.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Now the question arises upon the need to be assertive or
need to indulge in an assertive communication. Assertive communication is based
on mutual respect. It’s a diplomatic way to keep your opinion in such a manner
that it does not bother anyone else and you get your work done. Standing up for
you and being aware about the rights is not bad. In fact, this portrays your
bold and strong character. No one can take you just for granted. People value
you and appreciate you for what you are.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">This is quite clear that why aggression is not good. Keeping
your personal interest above everything and making things happen that could
benefit you by hook or crook is not a healthy way of making things happen. But what
is the problem with being passive. Passive people hardly have any say in
important matters. They hardly protest or react on anything happening to them
whether justified or not. They are shy, cocooned in their own shell and
easy-going. They are submissive to the opinion others and do whatever is told
them to do. Being passive is not a good thing. When a person is casual with
whatever is being done, he portrays an image where he will always be treated
less important. People disregard passive people’s needs and desires. In simple words,
they are taken for granted. Therefore being passive or submissive is also not
the option.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Applying assertiveness into the way we communicate will
surely bring the difference. When people will know your opinion, your ideas and
your desires are important for you, they will never cross the line by treating
you low or inferior. There is a very thin line between being assertive and
being aggressive. Being assertive is valuing your opinion and also keeping
regards with others opinion. Being aggressive is to proclaim your opinion to be
superior and most important of all. </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Here, at COMzen Technologies, we train our employees to be assertive
while communicating which help them to grow and work things out in a better
way.</span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Everyone wants to live each day in a way that it adds up to
an individual’s achievement but wanting and actually making that happen has a
wide bridge that creates a major difference among those who have made their
lives fruit-bearing and those who are still waiting for things to happen on
their own. Here are some simple daily habits that must be followed to reveal
our true personality.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">The first habit is to diminish the focus on how to make
something happen and sharpen on making that happen. Over thinking or
over analyzing kills creativity and causes fear of failure and some people are
ashamed to face the truth so they better choose the path of procrastinating. Low
self confidence and will power leads to this stage where a person wants to do but
thinks that he or she cannot do it. Therefore, instead of analyzing to an
extent that you actually kill the spirit with which you first started, it’s
better to make things happen and trusting your own self that you can do it.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">For people who thinks that they don’t know their true self,
this is a must habit. Writing about how you feel and tracking your emotions
will make you more confident and strong. Not only just emotions, sharing your
views, your opinion help you to open up. Writing is a great habit. As it is
said, pen is the most powerful weapon of all times.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">To travel ahead of time and to gain more and more knowledge,
one must read. Reading takes you to an entirely different world of
possibilities. The more you read, the more you know, the more you know, the
wiser you become. Reading must be a daily habit. The type of books you are
reading today will decide what kind of person you will be in future. </span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">We are living in a world that is running really fast and to
cope up with it we are running even faster. But at certain point we become so
tired of everything, we hardly know what we are doing and why. We even don’t
know where we actually belong. We need some time to relax, time that could be
devoted to our own personal development and time to know our true conscious. Meditation
is the word. One must meditate on a daily basis. Meditation increases
concentration and the work productivity bar also. It soothes our inner soul,
body and mind and helps us in keeping calm and dealing with things in a better
way.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Technology is good to a particular extent but over using
these gadgets do us no good. There must be a dedicated time each day when you
free yourself with this vicious circle of gadgets. Go out for a walk, take
rest, sing a song or talk to people. It will help you to grow better.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">Remember, some people are </span><span style="font-family: "arial" , "helvetica" , sans-serif;">more successful than others not
because of a coincidence but because of the way they do things.</span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">“The only person you need to be better than is the person
you were yesterday!!”</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Life calls for continuous growth. The one that becomes tired
of learning and improving becomes old whether in twenties or eighties. A person
never gets old from heart and mind. To strike better opportunities or to boost
up your carrier you need to grow, learn, improve and become better than what
you used to be. Remember every single second counts! You get better with time
and there is a contribution of every move no matter how small or how big it was
in making you the person you are now. There are many things that could be easily
practiced in order to experience a carrier hike.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The most important among all is improving your skill set. Every
domain requires certain polished skill-set. Analyzing our growth on that
particular skill set will make us aware of where we stand and will also decide our
requirement to improve to have better carrier match. One can enhance the skill
set by scoring some extra certification in the respective domain or may be applying
for some courses that could build up the skill-set required.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Every person has their own strengths and weaknesses. Focusing
on our strengths and trying to use the strengths for becoming better, that is
working on the strengths or the best talents one possess in generating better
outputs can also help in boosting up the carrier. Some people also have a
quality to use their weaknesses in such a way that it actually starts becoming
their strength.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">There is another thing that might be a barrier in your
carrier hike and that is choosing wrong carrier options. There are thousands of
people who do not know where their true interests lie. They become a
participant of the herd of sheep’s. Getting to know yourself and analyzing what
you really want to do will be helpful. Once you are on the right path designed
for you, you can never miss a carrier hike. As said by Albert Einstein, ‘Everybody
is a genius! But if you judge a wish with it is ability to climb a tree, it
will live its whole life believing that it is stupid!!’</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Another thing that can help is researching. Doing your own
research will help you gaining knowledge about the respective domain you want
to work in or already working in. People often ignore this part but research
helps you in keeping updated with the trending news related to the respective
carrier domain.</span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Lastly, calculating every move before implementing. Analyzing
the present scenario and the future scope of your carrier domain will help you
take wise decisions. Knowing what you might need in future and getting prepared
for it will obviously benefit you in the long run. Carrier hikes are not that
difficult as they seem. If the people chose their right carrier path and keep
updating themselves according to the trends there is nothing that can stop them
from achieving carrier growth.</span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">“The important thing about outsourcing or global sourcing is that it
becomes a very powerful tool to leverage talent, improve productivity and
reduce work cycles.” - Azim Premji</span><o:p></o:p></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">The concept of outsourcing has gained popularity in India from the last
decade. India is considered to be the hub of outsourcing because the caliber and
skilled youth present here contributes to the major part of highly skilled
employable population and the cost per person is also low. Improving the bottom
line of the business or in simple words overall profit is the major goal of all
companies and the basic path to follow to achieve this goal is getting the
things done by right people. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">We can understand the above mentioned point through this example. Hiring
a professional for some particular domain (at high cost location like US) might
be more expensive than hiring three professionals (at low cost locations like
India) for the same work. If we talk in terms of overall productivity,
productivity of three persons will naturally be higher than one. Outsourcing works
on the same approach. Instead of hiring a professional at high cost locations for
the company, companies outsource their work to countries like India that possess
pool of skilled professionals with less overall cost.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">The bottom line of the business depends on many factors such as Return
on Investment, Cost per Acquisition etc. If we do not analyze or manage our
money investment schemes, we will drag ourselves in a pit of great loss. Return
on Investment means to analyze before investing in something that whether it
will generate a minimum desired profit or not. Sometimes we invest without
analyzing and later we realize that our investment is bearing no return or less
return that overall adds up to the loss for the company.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">Cost per Acquisition means what minimum cost will be required for a
certain resource and will that be useful to us or not for example acquiring traffic
for the social sites of the company. The common approach is to spend more on
acquiring traffic rather using the already acquired traffic for the purpose we
need. In this way, you will reduce the cost per acquisition and using the
already acquired traffic to the full potential will increase the bottom line of
the business.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">Another thing that must be kept in mind while focusing on increasing
company’s bottom line is the market strategy. There is always a different
market for different types of services a company has to offer. To target the
correct audience will always help increasing the bottom line of a business. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><br /></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";">Lastly in order to increase the overall profit of the company people who
are dedicated and generate quick and good results must be hired. Overall profit
of a company is directly proportional to the productivity of the people working
in a company and to get sustainable profit companies can outsourcing their work
to low cost locations which also offers quality services.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal">
<span style="background: white; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span><span style="font-family: "Arial","sans-serif";"><br style="mso-special-character: line-break;" />

<div class="MsoNormal">
We often wonder what exactly effective people adopt in their
lives that took them to heights. We always try to track the line that
distinguishes between them and us. They are no different from us; they grew
among st us and reached to great heights with true dedication and vision. They
all have a story to tell, their struggles, their life experiences and the thing
that always kept them motivated no matter how difficult things were. Here I am
revealing some habits that effective people have that make them stand different
from the rest of the crowd. </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->1.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->BE PROACTIVE - Blaming others for the
circumstances we are in is the first habit that needs to be changed. Effective people
take initiative for their condition whether good or bad. We need to understand
that things will happen that might be not in our interest but instead of devoting
our time and energy on blaming conditions, we must concentrate our energy in
turning the situation that could benefit us. Next time whenever something
unpleasant happens, keep calm and take responsibility for your own.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->2.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->HAVE A VISION - It is said that outputs are
generated in two parts, first creating them in our imagination or having a
vision and then comes the steps to execute in order to fulfill our aim. Our
subconscious mind is very prone to suggestions. Whatever impression our
conscious mind possess for things around, our subconscious mind take it as an
input and start working on it. In order to generate positive results, you need
to fed your mind with right impressions and give it a vision and things will
turn out to be real.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->3.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->WORKING IN THE DIRECTION OF YOUR AIM – This is
the second part that needs to be followed if we want our dreams to come true. Effective
people work day in and day out keeping positive thoughts until they get what
they want. Thinking alone cannot make wonders but mixture of thinking and doing
things in the direction of the aim will definitely make wonders.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->4.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->WIN-WIN ATTITUDE – Sometimes we lose, sometimes
we win but what matters is our attitude. There should always be a win-win
attitude. We must be prepared for the known and the unknown and deal with
issues with full preparation and a never say die attitude.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->5.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->UNDERSTAND AND THEN YOU WILL BE UNDERSTOOD – We
need to understand other’s perspective and try to understand what they have to
offer. When we will try to understand them, they will take an initiative to
hear what we have to offer. It is a simple give and take scheme.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->6.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->TEAMWORK COOPERATION – This is the quality of
every leader. We cannot do anything alone. We require support and cooperation
of the people around us. Teamwork is the basis of great achievements. Always remember,
Together we can.</div>
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; text-indent: -.25in;">
<!--[if !supportLists]-->7.<span style="font-size: 7pt; font-stretch: normal;">
</span><!--[endif]-->LIVE BALANCED LIFE – No matter how busy you are,
take time out for everything that holds importance. Your work is important but
at the end things that matters most is your health, family and friends. Never ignore
your priorities.</div>
